About the opportunity

Join this established Compliance team in an autonomous role. Partner with the ANZ Business Units with a focus on Commercial Healthcare Compliance. Work with a strong Regional Compliance team to further develop local programs and enhance the brand of Compliance across ANZ.


Lead all local Compliance activities and maintain continuous improvement. Review current processes and own audits to identify risks and opportunities. Partner with the Director and Management Team to monitor and enhance the brand of Compliance across ANZ, developing and implementing programs. Facilitate Training and liaise with Regional and Global Peers to update local programs and share best practise.

Skills and Experience

  • Compliance program leadership experience from within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or a similar commercial organisation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building credible and trusting relationships in a Commercial Leadership team and wider Sales & Marketing business
  • Consultative interpersonal style, providing ongoing guidance and management of Compliance for Commercial outcomes.
  • Qualifications in Business, Law and/or Science advantageous
  • Current Code of Conduct, Healthcare Compliance or related Risk and Auditing certifications preferred
