About the opportunity

In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will be required to provide exceptional Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone. You will be required to demonstrate a strong focus on meeting and exceeding patients' needs. High attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.

Duties

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with Customers
  • Use of SAP to enter customer orders, perform enquiries and run basic reports
  • Effectively handle email, telephone and fax enquiries from customers, internal stakeholders and other third parties
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support team members
  • Problem solving and resolution
  • To represent the core values of our client and perform your role with integrity

Skills and Experience

  • At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical or FMCG industry
  • SAP experience is a Must
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high - level quality service orientation. This includes the ability to explain complex matters in an appropriate, clear and concise manner
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Professional and mature approach to work
