Reporting into the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Local Marketing Strategy across the Aventus portfolio . 
To be successful in the role you will be a data driven marketing manager that has a deep understanding of the customer journey and the importance of place making. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the National Marketing strategy is executed successfully at a local level and supports the Centres' overarching business objective. 
  • Develop a Localised Marketing plan with a focus on in-centre activations and place making to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage the delivery of in-centre activations on time and on budget.
  • Establish marketing relationships with national retailers and key stakeholders to ensure the retailer “journey” is seamless and profitable.
  • Work with the National Marketing team to establish new ways of working with internal and external stakeholders that are both time and cost efficient.
  • Manage the development of Centre brands and rebrands in conjunction with the National Marketing Manager. 
  • Develop a Community Engagement plan that boosts the profile of the Centres within their trade areas and position the Aventus portfolio as a socially responsible landlord.
  • Provide customer insights based on in-centre activations and explore data opportunities that will assist in retail, business, and asset planning.
  • Work with external agencies to develop marketing materials required for B2B & B2C audience.
  • Assist the Investor Relations team with communications and marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ relevant experience coupled with tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing fields. Experience in Property advantageous.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate insights from data and research. Has a clear understanding of how to apply customer insights to marketing strategies.
  • Experience in delivering integrated campaigns with a focus on place making activations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills. Credible and articulate, with experience negotiating and influencing decision makers.

Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Quantium advantageous but not essential.
