ASC have a unique opportunity that will see the successful person providing professional recruitment support nationally across a variety of departments and contributing to a range of innovative and exciting continuous improvement initiatives.

At ASC we are proud to work with our employees to provide flexible workplace options where possible. This position has the flexibility to be completed in either a full time capacity (5-days per week), or part time (4-days per week).



About the Opportunity


Reporting to and supported by the Recruitment Team Lead, the Recruitment Advisor provides an important source of recruitment expertise to various stakeholders both internally and external to the business, and will take ownership of various National recruitment activities to assist in the development and growth of ASC’s workforce and unique brand. 


Working closely with the Recruitment Coordinators and the wider People & Culture (P&C) team and function, this position will ensure the provision of an effective and streamlined end-to-end recruitment process.

In addition to the effective recruitment of a variety of interesting and challenging roles, the successful person will also be involved in the attendance of events with external alliances, as well assisting with ASC’s early careers programs and international recruiting campaigns.


About you


  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience either in an internal or external, agency capacity
  • Relevant qualification and certification to support
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures;
  • High level computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Email);
  • Work without supervision and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail;
  • Experience gained within a HR/recruitment environment
  • Demonstrated high levels of customer service
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High level interpersonal skills
