The Gig Wedding & Social Sales Executive

As part of the Ovolo Woolloomooloo Events Sales team you'll be responsible for the complete organisation of wedding and social events from initial enquiries, providing proposals, overseeing the day of the event, liaising with the ops team, social media and post event follow up in order to ensure complete client satisfaction.

This is an opportunity to make the role your own! You will absolutely need previous experience in Wedding Events Sales, with a demonstrated background in sales conversion, organising, facilitating and executing amazing weddings!

About you...

  • Minimum 1-2 years in event/wedding sales/ coordination and enjoys the challenges of a fast paced sales environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
  • You live and breathe run sheets, creative ideas and problem solving, and loves to exceed client expectations!
  • A closer who loves to seal the deal and see your wedding conversion rate grow and grow and grow.
  • Developing and preparing monthly and annual reports to ensure KPI's and wedding sales targets are met.
  • Happy to roll your sleeves up and get dirty? Do you do whatever it takes? That is the attitude we are calling for!
  • Good at Chess? You have multiple event spaces to play with endless possibilities.
  • No such thing as pressure? Cool as a cucumber.
  • A stickler for attention to detail, the little things count!
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook whiz. Experience in Delphi/ Salesforce preferred
  • Flexible work hours are a must!
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation is essential- you are the face of Ovolo Weddings in Sydney!
