Your Impact 

As the Centre Director at Goodstart Turner, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team . This role is primarily a non Contact position, however you will need to step in as required.

Goodstar Turner is proud to be an "exceeding" NQS. We are a small 61 place service with a mixture of new and long term educators. We have strong community connects and are located close to the City Centre.

You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.

You’ll help achieve this by:

* Having a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or a Diploma, studying towards Bachelor;
* Having Strong Leadership Skills;
* Having previous A & R Experience;
* Having previous Goodstart experience OR significant Assistant Director experience or previous Centre Director experience;
* Using and imnplementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
