Administration and Project Officer

The position of Administration and Project Officer forms a part of the Regional Development Victoria branch within the Rural and Regional Victoria group.

The Administration and Project Officer works within the Economic Development Team and will undertake and manage administrative tasks relating to the delivery of Regional Development Victoria grants, providing operational support to the Loddon Mallee team.

Activities include database entry and monitoring grant applications and reports, organising events, and assisting team members in handling enquiries and providing information to the public. The position will also assist with the management of a portfolio of grant agreements, including milestone management and stakeholder engagement activities, in collaboration with the Loddon Mallee team.

Reporting to the Manager, Economic Development this position will require a motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
