Fulfillment Officer

Full Time

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced reliable person to join our Warehouse team, providing support within our Cowaramup winery.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small friendly team, ensuring smooth running of the warehouse operations. They will be responsible for collating and dispatch of orders to various customer channels, including local, domestic, export and internal departments.

Duties and tasks involve manual labour and include:
Picking and packing orders
Dispatching orders
Loading and unloading trucks
Stock control
Forklift duties
General warehouse duties

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisations skills
Good numeracy and accurate computer skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Hold a current LF forklift licence

Previous warehouse or shipping experience will be well regarded.

An opportunity has arisen for a key role within our team to help grow the department & support the Wine Club Manager.

This varied & integral position will liaise with customers & work behind the scenes on the intricacies servicing our diverse Wine Clubs.
They will run & fulfil sales campaigns, administration, online sales, retail website management, stock control, packing wine orders.

To be successful in this role, you would have the following skills & characteristics:
A high level of customer service via phone & email.
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products & aptitude for multiple software systems
Keen to pitch in & undertake a diverse range of tasks

Ability to collaborate & work as part of a small, committed team
Working to deadlines to meet customer’s needs
The ability to adapt & multitask
Medium wine knowledge, with an interest in learning more

The position is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Additional hours may be required on occasion based on department needs.

Experienced Vineyard Operator – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Vineyard Operator to join the team at Howard Park Wines. This is a multi-site, hands-on role in the development and upkeep of our Margaret River Vineyards, working in our Margaret River Team.

The key tasks of this role are:

Tractor and vineyard machinery operations such as spray application, canopy trimming, slashing, netting, harvesting and chase driving.
Vine management; including pruning, training and canopy management
Day to day routine upkeep and maintenance of vineyard machinery and equipment, and general vineyard infrastructure.
Follow vineyard operations procedures, and maintain activity records
Ensuring all work activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures & policies

REQUIREMENTS
In order to be successful in this role, you will:

Have experience in wine grape production and/or other agricultural enterprises
Be able to work independently and unsupervised to complete required tasks
Enjoy manual outdoor work as well as machinery operations
Be flexible to work extended hours during the harvest period
Have a valid C Class Drivers licence.
Preferably have a valid HR/HC licence, forklift licence
