Source: uWorkin

Easy Agile is on the lookout for a talented Product Manager. We support agile teams at over 1,700 global companies like Netflix, NFL, Harvard, Amazon, Disney, Lego, EA, Mercedes and Twitter. We live our values and want someone to help us continue to punch above our weight as we scale.

About the role

The role of Product Manager spans everything from communicating product vision, crafting and evaluating market opportunities, and a genuine obsession to continually learn from our customers.

You combine empathy, system two and strategic thinking to ensure we deliver solutions our customers need to ensure their success.

Our solutions are built on top of Atlassian Jira and are sold on the Atlassian Marketplace.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and success of our flagship product, Easy Agile User Story Maps.

About you

  • Propose, test and implement improvements to our product team processes to ensure that we’re punching above our weight

Your day one qualities

  • 2 years Product Management experience
  • Experience in a cross-functional, agile team
  • A passion for learning from customers and validating solutions to meet their needs; you are no stranger to user testing and customer interview techniques
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and marketing to ship useful, quality solutions
  • Ability to prioritise among opportunities, balance the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions
  • Ability to paint a compelling vision to inspire your teams and senior stake-holders
  • Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. You're comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics
  • Have a keen eye for superb user experiences

We'll be excited if you

  • Have B2B, SaaS experience
  • Experience with product management for software or development tools
  • Can write an SQL statement with window functions, or a query in R
  • Have a customer support, marketing or customer centric background

People over perfection

If you are excited about this role but not sure if you meet all of the criteria, please apply. Research shows women and minority groups are less likely to apply for roles where they don't meet 100% of the criteria. We value punching above our weight and people over perfection, so go ahead and apply - we'd love to hear from you.
