Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, peers and students.
  • Appreciation and willingness to cross skill and support team members with workloads.
  • Collaborate daily with management, team leaders & apprentices to ensure apprentices/trainees are provide with all job training requirements including Contract Management, Fee for Service and Capstone.
  • Ensure all customers including but not limited to students, employers, apprentices (both PEER & private), International Students/Migrants, trainers, Apprentice & Trainee Co-ordinators & other internal staff are delivered the highest level of customer service
  • Work with apprentices and host employers to ensure workplace safety and wellbeing requirements are exceeded, workplace profiling is maintained at an acceptable level, trade school attendance is maximised and all host required travel/accommodation is scheduled.
  • Build and maintain long term sustainable and valuable relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achievement of team and individual KPI’s in line with PEER Strategic Objectives
  • Manage project work as directed by the Customer Service Manager
  • Dealing with a vast range of clients including trades, industry bodies, Government departments, apprentices, migrants and students
To be successful to secure this opportunity, it is Essential that you can demonstrate the following:
  • Previous experience in an RTO, GTO or Vocational Education and Training (VET) workplace desirable, not essential
  • A team player essential
  • Prior administration experience essential
  • Prior experience using digitised online database systems is desirable
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A positive outlook with a can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task efficiently and effectively
