About the role

The Customer Advocate (Account Executive) ANZ is an important position, sitting within the ANZ sales team as part of the #BrainTrust. You’ll report directly into our Sales Director and first & foremost, be charged with ensuring our clients and partners are achieving their goals.


In terms of your next steps, we see your career path with us growing to include:

  • Senior Sales Executive, WA (12-24 months)
  • Sales Manager, WA Salesforce Team, WA (24-48 months

Who are we looking for:

The opportunity to join our Professional Sales organization as the Customer Advocate (ANZ) awaits someone with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural leadership instincts. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Ideal candidates should be eager to grow and advance their careers, be proactive and people focused to get involved and help us shape our business and culture during this extremely exciting phase of our business.


Reporting to a progressive, energetic and development focused leader, a normal day for an Account Executive would include:

  • Build a sales pipeline, both individually and in collaboration with extended teams (we trust in our guru’s so your first meeting will be with our delivery team, marketing team and then sales),
  • Manage full sales cycle in a consultative manner, achieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build on and establish relationships with Salesforce through both inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Partner with our teams to prove value and problem solve for customers to help them to think about and see solutions to their business challenges
  • Experience working closely with Vendor Account Managers to develop relationships, pipeline and positive customer experiences


We want to hear from anyone who is as passionate as we are!! To stand out you should have exceeded:

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • 3+ years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS vertical
  • Experience understanding and capturing customer business problems
  • Experience working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Professional Service sales experience
  • Experience or understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem desired but not essential
  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humour, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
  • Ability to help people think about their problems differently and provide solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce a ++
