We require a HR/Recruitment Specialist with experience across all major spectrums of HR to work onsite to develop and execute on our recruitment plan. The role offers you an opportunity to develop your HR generalist skills long term, while working within a team of industry specialists. The Role

  • Provide advice and guidance to internal clients on a broad range of people related activities such as resource planning, candidate attraction strategies, employer branding and strategic sourcing
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process in conjunction with the relevant hiring manager
  • Plan & execute all recruiting campaigns, including promotional events, information sessions, interviews and conversion activities.
  • Prepare details of technical vacant positions; reviews and updates to job descriptions where necessary and write copy for advertisements.
  • Execute the timely on-boarding of new employees, through the completion of necessary documentation including disclosures and agreements

Skills Required

  • 7 Years + experience within the HR/Recruitment Industry preferably within the consulting / IT industry
  • Qualification in HR, Business, psychology or a related field Excellent understanding of the end to end recruitment process, (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Testing, Offering & On boarding)
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
  • Project Management Skills
