Duties & Responsibilities
  • Successfully manage the clubs and their respective teams
  • Lead by example and take ownership of the club's success
  • Drive membership sales and reach sales targets and KPI's
  • Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
  • Conduct orientations for new and current members
  • Promote the club brand and image within the local community
  • Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey.
  • Be active on social media and not afraid to be in front of the camera.
Essential

About You:
  • Management Experience
  • Previous sales experience & customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner who has a record for self-learning and self-improvement
  • Has tenacity, and a willingness to go the distance to achieve results.
  • Loves social media
  • Passionate about others and your own health and well being.
  • Previous experience in Personal Training.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required
  • Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR
