Reporting to the Manager - Risk Management, could you be our new Senior Risk Advisor?

About the role

  • Guide, establish and implement effective risk management for Program & Delivery
  • Establish processes to manage enterprise and project related risk throughout the full lifecycle
  • Identify eliminate or minimise risk in line with the Rail Safety National Law and ISO 31000
  • Inspire senior managers and staff to promote a positive risk culture with Program & Delivery and V/Line
  • Partner closely with the senior and key stakeholders within the business to achieve key business initiatives

About you

  • Demonstrated risk management experience in the rail and/or construction industry (minimum five years)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • An ability to easily influence and ensure an environment of continuous improvement is fostered
  • Degree qualified in any of the following is preferred: Risk Management, Engineering, Science, Communications, Commerce, Business or Finance
