We are currently looking for a passionate, determined Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Online team. Reporting into the Head of Digital, this innovative and proactive individual will be responsible for the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEM and social media marketing.


This newly created role will be responsible for planning and executing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, lead generation and/or prospecting through various digital advertising platforms. The role also requires a thorough understanding of online trading, the customer purchase funnel and how to drive personalisation through key digital channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with our digital agency to lead, create and develop integrated paid media plans (SEM and Paid Social), owning the conversion journey from writing briefs and coordinating content through to creating customer segments and providing post campaign analysis.
  • Hit ROI and ROAS targets across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Develop personalisation and conversion funnel strategies across each channel.
  • Manage, build and optimise all email marketing activity for the brand, including day-to-day email marketing, automated programs and transactional emails.
  • Elevate and accelerate our social media presence whilst exploring emerging social platforms that align to our marketing objectives
  • Work with Ecommerce Marketing Manager to ensure all digital marketing channels are in line with website trading strategy.
  • Work with the Content and Graphic Design Specialist to ensure all digital marketing activity is delivered on brand, and in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including the evaluation of customer buying behaviour to further optimise performance.


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing with extensive knowledge of paid search, paid social and email marketing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in an e-commerce/retail business.
  • Be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns and projects, and project scopes
  • Experience using Dotdigital is an advantage, however experience building emails is necessary.
  • Experience with PPC and Paid Social campaigns, specifically Adwords and Facebook.
  • Project/campaign management experience within a retail eCommerce environment
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Have a high-level of attention to detail
  • Have exceptional verbal & written communication ability
