The Client
This well-known Shopping Centre Owner is seeking to appoint a Retail Lease Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. 

The Responsibilities 
As a Lease Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentations
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
  • Negotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitors
  • Ongoing review of minimum leasing requirements
  • Preparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etc
  • Supporting property management on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome.
  • Compliance

Skills and Experience 

  • Previous experience in the property industry 
  • Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen 
  • A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving 
  • A team player 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
