Due to the growth at Beyond, we are looking for someone who aligns with our culture, mission, and vision to step into the Head of Team Development role. This is a current Management Position that has been created to deliver our education strategy to our team and our community.

We are a growing company with approximately 50 team members (support, administration, practitioners). And we are looking to grow further over the next 2- 4 years. 


A bit about the role:


The Head of Team Development role exists to ensure successful delivery of Beyond’s education pillar. This includes development and improvement of:

  • Beyond career and leadership pathways
  • Internship programs
  • Professional Development programs
  • Mentoring Program


Directly overseeing a team of clinical mentors, the function is responsible for coaching the mentor team to empower and enable practitioners to exceed their professional goals, ensuring an industry-best talent pool and a robust succession plan.


The role will have a direct report to the CEO and will work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Marketing. 


The position is full-time and comprises of both clinical client-facing allied health work, and the head of team development management position. 



Some pretty important things:

  • AHPRA Allied Health practitioner or Relevant Registration board
  • Minimum of seven years of clinical experience with evidence of excellence in their field.
  • Previous experience in team development or mentoring roles
  • Display strong leadership and management skills
