This growing start-up organisation in the Data Analytics/Marketing Industry with a great vision, a pioneer spirit and solid funding are on the lookout for a Junior BDM/Account Manager to join their team.

The Role

As a Junior BDM/Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the organisation's clients, following leads and representing the organisation's brand & product in order to develop the business.

This phone-based role requires a high level of administration, organisation and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with the management team and Marketing team to ensure the organisation's campaigns achieve targets.

Part of your responsibilities will be:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the organisation's product and their clients’ business needs
  • Attend social events and forums and identify prospects and leads
  • Follow up leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into tangible outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities to further develop the business

To be successful you will have
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a Sales or Marketing role
  • Good understanding of Marketing and Data Analytics
  • Understanding of Software-as-a-Service products a plus
  • Previous experience working in a Start-up environment highly regarded
  • Self-driven and eager to learn and develop
  • Proactive individual with a natural drive for opening doors and cold calling
  • Thrive working remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
