Due to growth and expansion, we are now seeking a Talent Manager to join our team. This role will see you sourcing the crème de la crème of property professionals working in the property sector. You will be responsible for networking and building long-term relationships with candidates for current and future positions. It is an exciting time to work in the property industry as there is a strong need for candidates in the growing market. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into the exciting world of recruitment within the property industry and grow your career.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interviewing candidates
  • Reference checking candidates
  • Writing online job advertisements
  • Proactive sourcing of new candidates
  • Attending networking events
  • Liaising with the Retail & Property team with regards to the open roles to recruit
  • Assisting consultants in taking Job Briefs
  • Talent Pipelining
  • Headhunting
  • Making candidate offers

The Ideal Candidate:

The role requires a strong performer with previous experience in a similar role. You will be presentable and articulate with strong communication skills. You will be looking to progress your career and enjoy working in a team environment.

Previous experience in recruitment/sourcing will be viewed favourably, however we are also open to candidates who are keen to progress their recruitment career in property.

You will have a positive attitude with the desire to achieve success in your career. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients & candidates You will have a bright & outgoing personality who enjoys having fun while at Work
