The Role:

A BRAND NEW ROLE, we are expanding the Creative team at The Grounds and getting ready for an exciting 2021/2022 plan - with new projects and breath-taking installations on their way this is a dream role for a creatively minded digital marketeer with a flair for brand growth!

As Digital Marketing Executive you will have a sales-focused approach to generating leads and building online awareness. Working closely with the Head of Marketing; through the coordination and execution of a range of digital marketing activities, this hands-on position will work across all aspects of our business to achieve growth targets. We are looking for a driven digital marketeer who is hungry to take our digital marketing to the next level and grow your role. 

Key duties include:

  • Planning, implementing and optimising paid digital advertisements across all business units, with a particular focus on social media and SEM campaigns.
  • Working with the Head of Marketing to manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Managing the CRM (Hubspot) program for all business units, including developing content, managing approvals and scheduling regular eNewsletters and automated email flows.
  • Managing The Grounds and The Grounds Roastery websites, including SEO, content development and updates.
  • Helping to update The Grounds Catering and The Grounds retail eCommerce websites as required.
  • Building, reporting and executing special event ticket sales via EventBrite as required.
  • Assisting with social media community management as required.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  • Ongoing reporting against KPIs.
  • Identifying new and relevant digital opportunities and trends.

The key to your success will be a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, high attention to detail, accuracy and follow through. This role is ideal for someone wanting to build on their digital marketing skills, taking their career to the next level, in a busy, fast paced environment with global reach.

What will make you stand out:

  • Recent experience in digital marketing (ideally 2+ years), with proven experience in planning, implementing and optimising paid search & social media campaigns.
  • An innate strong problem solver with the ability to think / adapt quickly and work autonomously.
  • An interest in CRM and to learn, we know some things can be taught!
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO
  • High level attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Natural ownership of responsibilities, output, achievement and learning
  • Proven experience creating high quality written and visual content.
  • Aptitude for extracting and analysing data, to create valid and substantiated insights.
  • Experience with WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, EventBrite, Hubspot and/or Shopify will be highly regarded.
  • Highly motivated, committed, team focused and positive approach to your role
