As a Recruitment Partner, you will be a part of one of our onsite workforce solutions. You will be responsible for supplier and hiring manager relationships and vacancy fulfilment primarily for permanent positions across a varied portfolio.

Your new role

  • Successfully coordinate all aspects of recruitment service delivery
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand their current and future needs and present appropriate solutions effectively
  • Work with your hiring managers to ensure full understanding of the service, educate managers on the recruitment lifecycle, systems and technology
  • Engage with the supplier panel to ensure they understand all requirements and successfully engage with the appropriate talent in the market
  • Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to the process or service to help drive the success of the team
  • Provide analysis and insights to partner with hiring managers on their workforce
  • Adhere to your clients labour hire policy, working with your hiring managers to ensure compliance is met
  • Liaise regularly with HR Business Partners to provide updates on the status of recruitment projects across the business
  • Work with the offsite team in Auckland to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of candidates.

What you'll need to succeed

You will enjoy taking ownership and accountability for your tasks and have exposure to working to deadlines or targets. You will need to be a proactive communicator with your team and stakeholders based locally and with our offsite teams in Auckland. You will be a natural at building relationships and effectively managing expectations throughout the recruitment process and deliver great results through partnering with downstream suppliers. You will have a strong eye for detail, with the ability to work in complex environments with a high level of ambiguity.
