About the role…

The successful individual will maintain agreed account management levels and build relationships with existing / new corporate partners. Build on existing relationships and foster new partnerships with like-minded prospective partners.

Key accountabilities…

  • Account management of corporate sponsors to ensure the achievement of agreed service levels while identifying opportunities that add value to the sponsor
  • Foster and grow relationships with partners to capitalise on sponsorship funds and behaviour change opportunities
  • Maintain and increase the value of Taronga’s cash / contra (budget relieving) corporate partnerships during renewal negotiations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders - both internal and external
  • Maintain up to date records to ensure for appropriate financial reporting, invoicing and sponsor benefit reconciliation
  • Communicate Taronga’s conservation messages both internally and externally, ensuring all communications align with Taronga’s values to inspire change in accordance with Taronga’s vision and strategic pillars
  • Work effectively as a member of a high performing team to assist Taronga in its achievement of strategic outcomes
  • Comply with and suggest sustainability practices in the workplace to help achieve Taronga’s sustainability targets and reduce environmental impact

About you…

We are looking for candidates that have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Current NSW Driver’s License.
  • Obtain and maintain a current volunteer NSW Working with Children Check at own expense
