Full Time Exempt position responsible for leading the delivery of projects, system solutions and education programs within Employee and Payroll Services. $98,105.44 to $116,361.04 per annum, 38 hours per week.

Our successful candidate will be knowledgable on Employee Services core business, they will understand system functionality and be proficient in HCM, Stafflink and HealthRoster. They will be able to review technical specification documents and be able to interpret business processes and practices, test the solution and document and deliver knowledge to employees.

Above all, we are seeking someone with the knowledge and experience combined with strong organisational and project management skills and a strong customer service focus. Does this sound like you?

About the opportunity

The Service Quality Lead will provide leadership and direction to Service Delivery staff and act as an advisory to internal and external stakeholders alike, effectively communicating operational and strategic matters and supporting day to day service activities to ensure KPI's and continual delivery of services are met. This is a Full Time Exempt (Contract from August 2021 for a period up to October 2022) position graded as a Health Manager Level 2 with an annual salary of $98,105.44 to $116,361.04 (Excl. 9.5% superannuation). Locations, Parramatta or Charlestown.

How to apply

  • What leadership strategies do you utilise and implement to develop staff capabilities and ensure goals are achieved? In your answer provide specific examples and identify any challenges you have overcome and any notable achievements as a leader.
  • How would you lead the Service Quality team to translate HealthShare’s strategic direction into operational goals? In your example, describe how you would build a shared understanding of the link to core business outcomes.
  • Give an example of when you have identified, developed and implemented a continuous improvement initiative. What was the improvement, what process did you implement and what was the outcome? In your answer identify any challenges you encountered and how you ensured team members embraced change.

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
