Your new role

  • Answer or make calls to validate content on forms submitted through the system.
  • Entering account information into our new CRM.
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities as required.
  • Adhere to all company policy and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience working on phones such as call centre or a role with incoming calls
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Operate under pressure
  • Able to use Microsoft excel
  • Quick learner
  • A customer focused mindset
  • Data entry experience
  • Multitasker
