Opportunity for a Leasing Administrator to join a boutique agency who provide strategic advice to landlords

Your new company
Our client is a boutique commercial Asset Management advisory who also provide services across Development, Acquisitions, Project Marketing and Leasing. With almost two decades of experience in the property industry along with their diversified approach, they ensure that they are adding value to clients through every step of the process. Offering a premium service to clients, they go one step further ensuring their investments are protected by planning and strategising for the future through expert market knowledge. Due to growth they are looking for a Leasing Administrator to join the business and further support their Asset Management team.

Your new role

In your new role, you will provide leasing administration support to the Asset Management team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Adhering to all OH&S compliance
  • Assist with maintenance requests
  • Maintaining all tenancy schedules and property info on CRM system is up to date
  • Manage lease expiry, options and market rent review lease notification process
  • Disposal of leases
  • Responsible for the ongoing review and accuracy of the existing Property Management System; including entering new leases, updating lease information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of property information
  • Confirming new lease instructions from Asset Management team and Instructing lawyers to prepare necessary documentation
  • Reviewing and checking Tenants' Letter of Offer against the Lease Application Form details
  • Preparing Disclosure Statements and relevant letters
  • Obtaining, checking for accuracy and filing of certificates of currency of insurance and bank guarantees


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience within a commercial property organisation
  • Experience within leasing administration and understanding of tenancy schedules
  • Proven experience updating and maintaining CRM systems
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
