About the team…

The Point of Rental Account Executive team is a high velocity team of sales professionals focused on delivering best in class customer experiences. We focus on delivering solutions to challenges at a level of professionalism unmatched in our industry (and beyond). This is a quota-carrying, new system sales role, that will require commitment to our process and to our customer’s success.


Expectations

• Deliver quality and tailored discovery calls and demo’s to prospects based on the prospect’s challenges, causes, and consequences.

• Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.

• Create accurate business value alignment between the prospect and PoR solutions.

• Learn and embrace our P.R.I.M.E. Elite Selling certification.

• Meet or exceed monthly quotas.

• Strive to continuously improve and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

• Eloquently and Professionally work with all stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, VP Finance, Accountants and ask intelligent questions. 

• Be polished and professional as well as self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with a sense of urgency and persistence.

• Manage time precisely with a thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset.


Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience.

• Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, Accountants and ask intelligent questions.

• Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.

• Genuine customer empathy.

• Organized and strong time management skills.

• Excellent written & verbal communication.

• A sense of urgency and persistence.

• Sales Methodology experience, Sandler preferred.
