The Role

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our internal Brennan IT Talent Acquisition team based in Sydney.

This is a strategic hybrid role in which you will working closely with both the TA and Marketing teams to actively drive the promotion of our employment brand across a multitude of platforms.

This is a great opportunity to use your recruitment experience and interest in, or study of, marketing concepts in this exciting new function.

You will also be required to create diverse candidate talent pools and then develop relevant content to ensure canddiates stay engaged with the brand.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular meetings with TA specialists and hiring managers to undertake active talent pool planning
  • Identify future skills and knowledge shortages and/or requirements and source accordingly
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and execute on those strategies
  • Filter CV’s, conduct 1st stage interviews (phone or face to face)
  • Conduct all behavioral and skills testing as required with candidates
  • Ensure all candidates have a consistent, positive and customer focused experience with Brennan IT throughout the recruitment process
  • Consciously promote the Brennan IT Employer Brand – both internally and externally
  • Manage Social Media sites from an employemnt brand perspective
  • Perform regular database cleansing to assist with updating talent pools
  • Manage the employee referral program
What experience you will bring to the team:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment / resourcing role and/or a marketing coordinator role.
  • Understanding of advanced search techniques including Boolean and Google searches
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Must be a results driven individual and be customer focused
  • Proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Social media sourcing knowledge and a strong network in IT is highly desirable
  • An understanding of campaign management would be adventageous
