The Apple Initiatives team is built on subject matter experts of Apple’s values, things that are close to Apple’s heart and DNA. The Apple Initiatives team take these core values and drive initiatives to amplify these important messages and stories across the business, internally and externally to our channel markets, to capture hearts and minds, to strengthen existing relationships with our the market (customers/partners/government/culture etc) and to look for new opportunities as a result.


As the Program Manager, you will collaborate and build relations with cross functional teams to execute local, regional and global initiatives across the ANZ and South Asia region. Managing cross-functional members and relationships from across the Corporate and Retail Market Support teams is paramount to the success. A key measurement of success is to maintain focus and ensure the quality of programs and execution, clarity of messaging, drive clear outcomes, consistency of program delivery, financial deliverables and corporate/marketing compliance.


As part of the team strategy, the Program Manager will build and manage the program structure that aligns with the team activities and requirements with a continuous focus on program improvement, communication and effectiveness.


Key Qualifications

MAJOR FUNCTIONAL AREAS:

Consideration: The Program Manager will work closely with the Apple Initiatives team to establish a strategy for each initiative, gather all necessary approvals from the leadership team, and develop an execution plan.


Program Planning: The Program Manager will work alongside their team and cross functional team members to establish an agreed action plan to execute on each initiative. Action plan includes roles & responsibilities, budget implications, support and logistics.


Program Execution and Measurement: Execution will be managed at Apple’s Gold Standard to ensure each initiative message is driven clearly and each initiative outcome and objective is met. Execution plan needs to include a debrief, capturing key learnings and a follow-up process.


Apple Compliance: This person will be expected to ensure all elements of programs meet the highest standards of compliance, and that program execution meets Apple’s gold standard.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, curate and execute regular company wide communication meetings (virtual and in person) together with stakeholders from Meetings & Events, Sales Comms, Sales Training and Leadership.

- Drive awareness of Apple’s value messages and stories through high quality initiatives and programs.

- Strategise, implement and deliver on initiative execution plans inline with teams strategy.

- Ensure all elements and execution of programs meet the highest levels of Apple compliance and meet Apple’s gold standard.

- Maintain relationships with the ability to influence and lead cross functional and leadership teams to facilitate program planning and execution.

- Work with any external organisations involved in an initiative to ensure program participation and corporate compliance is adhered to where required.

- Develop key learnings for each initiative to identify trends and provide recommendations for future programs.

Education & Experience

We anticipate you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
