Preferred skills
  • Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) technical concepts and technologies including the following:
    • Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, OS/400, etc),
    • Databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.),
    • Cloud computing and virtualization
    • Networking, Firewalls, Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and network security;
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and configurations e.g., SAP, Oracle. Ability to apply best practices of one ERP system in other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of large and complex software development, infrastructure, Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Cloud solutions;
  • Possessing an understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and Business Process Modeling.

Minimum years experience required
  • 5+ years experience in progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes


Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Business Technology Management or a related technical discipline

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Project Management
  • International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certifications
  • Agile / Scrum Methodologies
  • Technology / Digital related certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), CompTIA A+, etc
