Being part of a small team responsible for working with clients and internal businesses with varying D&I needs across multiple industries, your impact as Senior Manager in D&I Consulting will be seen through your:

  • Experience in designing fit-for-purpose D&I methodologies, tools and thought leadership that drive business development and enhance market impact and reputation - e.g. benchmarking, measurement, maturity models
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and become a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and impactfully with senior stakeholders (internal and external to PwC), including strong facilitation skills
  • Deep data and analytical skills with an ability to quickly draw out, interpret and communicate relevant actionable insights for clients across multiple industries and topics
  • Consulting mindset and exceptional standards in quality (both written and verbal) and strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management and report/proposal writing skills - including the ability to write to a number of audiences (Boards, senior leaders, staff)

The role will report into the DI&W Consulting Director and you will also work closely across the broader DI&W team. The role will be involved in multiple client projects in a range of industries and will also be leading specific data-focused and commercialisation D&I projects to help develop new service offerings that build on or leverage PwC’s existing tools.

About you
  • Proven experience in D&I - including developing and implementing strategic priorities
  • Passionate about commercialising offerings and solving complex problems using data
  • Advanced Excel skills and / or experience with data visualisation tools highly regarded (eg Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to work independently with ownership/accountability, build credibility, meet tight timeframes and work collaboratively with the team (including PwC’s Wellbeing team)
  • Experience in D&I, cultural change, human resources or employee relations highly regarded
  • Previous experience relating to government or large iconic accounts highly regarded
