The Assurance Business Learning team brings this to life by providing world class learning to our team of over 2500 Assurance professionals. Working closely with the PwC global network, this team shapes and delivers both technical and skills based learning, to enable our Partners and staff to deliver the highest quality services to our clients.

As the Experienced Audit Training Program Manager in our Assurance Business Learning team your impact will be seen by:

  • Ownership of learning needs of 1100+ experienced auditors
  • Leading the design & delivery of the Experienced Audit program, including US curriculum, incorporating both global and locally developed materials
  • Development of recommended learning pathways for Experienced Auditors
  • Management of key stakeholder and subject matter experts relationships
  • Connectivity with Asia Pac L&E
  • Ownership of System of Quality Management requirements as they relate to Experienced Audit
  • Management of the Experienced Audit budget

About you

You are a qualified financial statement auditor with at least 5 years experience. You are committed to continuous learning and development to contribute to the firm’s best practice. You are analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots. You have project management skills with the ability to be highly collaborative, have a high attention to detail with strong stakeholder relationship management.

You’re a creative thinker with an innovative approach to how we design learning in a digital world, and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
