JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a market leading national company based on Brisbane's Bayside.

Client Details

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Administrator / PA will be required to attend to the day-to-day administration of business.

Description

  • Coordinate day to day administration tasks including; data entry, electronic filing, emailing communication as required by the Director, Project Manager and Construction Manager
  • Maintain supplier and contract databases, and WHS administration
  • Create and maintain good relations with suppliers, contractors, design professionals, clients as well as other stakeholders.
  • Manage communication from the Project and Construction Managers as required to site staff ensuring the timeliness and effectiveness of the communication.
  • Attend construction meetings with staff to assist in the implementation of processes
  • Participate in scheduled procedural training and professional development programs.
  • Help maintain a clean office environment including kitchen, bathrooms, external areas, and work areas. Assist in the ordering of office supplies and equipment.

Profile

  • Must come from an administrative background.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Be a driven and confident individual with the want to succeed
  • Be highly organised with the ability to liaise with customers and clients alike
  • A professionally presented person with excellent communications skills.
  • Previous experience in a property or construction environment is highly regarded
