Being one of Australia's leading Manufacturing companies, My client is rapidly expanding and growing within the industry.

Description

  • Place purchase orders as requested and ensure order acknowledgements are correct and updated in Sage
  • Communicate with warehouse staff effectively and relay delivery information
  • Maintain warehouse booking in system
  • Oversee unpacking of containers and deliveries
  • Ensure accurate data and support is provided to the Import Manager
  • Post customer cash received when necessary
  • Answer main phone line and field/handle calls where necessary
  • Assist with stock takes and audits
  • General office duties, filing and archiving included.
