The Enterprise Sales team — a group within Snap’s Advertising Solutions organization — focuses on driving revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with top-tier brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat.

We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our Australia Enterprise sales team!

Entering our 5th year in the market, the Snap Australia team comprises 90+ employees across a range of departments - from Engineering, to Policy, to Sales. We have been fortunate to achieve significant growth amongst our community and commercial partners, and are looking to expand our Sales offering in line with market demand and opportunity. Reaching 75% of all Australians 13 - 34yo, Snap is a platform which is well positioned to continue to accelerate.

  • What you’ll do:
    • Lead a well established and well regarded sales team to achieve hyper growth, whilst supporting a culture which reflects our company values of being Kind, Smart & Creative
    • Be the key escalation point for all major clients and agencies in the market, and establish excellent working relationships
    • Develop and implement the commercial strategy and work with the team on the management, delivery and adjustments of this throughout the quarter/year
    • Evangelise Snap in the Australia media market amongst Enterprise clients and major HoldCos
    • Work closely with key XFN partners locally to deliver against team ambitions
    • Reporting to the APAC General Manager, this is a senior position within the growing APAC team and you will be contributing to the broader regional direction, approach and strategy also
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong direct client and agency relationships at senior levels
    • Solid commercial acumen and proven track record of delivering against ambitious stretch targets
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
    • Extensive experience in the digital media industry, and ability to talk competently around key issues
    • Strategic mindset and ability to create future proofed commercial strategies
    • Experience working in matrix organisations, and demonstrated ability to influence outcomes
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Minimum 15 years media industry experience
    • Minimum 8 years of team management experience
    • Minimum 8 years digital industry experience
