The Polestar Community & CRM Manager works proactively and reactively by engaging with our community in a timely, personalized and Polestar way. We do this by responding and interacting with information and drive positive energy to make sure that our community of fans, followers and customers are seen and appreciated, every day, along their journey with Polestar.

What You’ll Do

In this position your main responsibilities will be to handle incoming social media communication, using our social media management tool and additional dashboards. You will respond to comments and customer queries, and engage with fans, customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists. To be able to do this successfully you will stay up to date with information and updates from Polestar HQ and the online world like social media, forums and blogs.

Further On You Will

  • Coordinate with Central Customer Management (CM) team, Polestar Support, Global and Local Marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Work closely with the Central CM team to align with Polestar’s communication objectives.
  • Align with supporting Community Management agency.
  • Monitor and report on feedback, online reviews and local forum activity.
  • Build and maintain relationship with local forum admins.
  • Maintain local translated response matrix.
  • Comply local monthly report to share with Central CM team.

Who You Are

  • Well experienced within the social sphere, personal user of social media channels.
  • Excellent digital writing- and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understands the importance of tone-of-voice.
  • Understands the importance of social media and online communication for brands.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Communication or relevant field of Marketing/Comms.
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience.
