About The Role

With a focus on improving health outcomes for Australians, we are looking to optimise our finance and supply chain operations by implementing a best of breed digital cloud platform which is why this exciting newly created, fixed term opportunity exists.

As the Senior Program Coordinator/Scheduler you will play an integral role in ensuring transparency over the path to deployment with excellent facilitation skills to ensure all the appropriate information is extracted and communicated appropriately. Working closely with the Program Manager and stream leads you will ensure the schedule is maintained, dependencies are identified and resource contention is escalated for resolution.

Through eliciting, scheduling and monitoring all the activities and tasks needed to be undertaken by the project team this role plays a vital role in the delivery of this project.

Skills

And Capabilities
  • Demonstrated project coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills to be able to independently prioritise a high-volume workload and manage competing demands
  • Highly capable in planning, scheduling and dependency management
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross functionally and managing different stakeholder needs
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps and MS Project
  • Coaching and mentor team in agile, scrum and prioritisation techniques
  • Strong history in facilitation and leading workshops, including organising and documenting outcomes
