About the Role
We are looking for a new OD Consultant to join our Organisational Development team, reporting into the Head of OD. We are a small and collaborative team of capable and driven practitioners keen to make a difference and to be our best for the good of O’Brien. This role will be pivotal, supporting and partnering with multiple stakeholders to achieve important milestones through the delivery of an array of OD projects and initiatives.

Here’s some of what you will do...

  • Work with stakeholders internally and externally to drive projects and initiatives relating to learning, engagement, reward and recognition, change, and employee communications
  • Assist in the maintenance of our learning management system, and in driving engagement through our recognition and communications platform
  • Contribute to and lead the design and implementation of capability development solutions for team members across levels. This includes the design, curation, and delivery of learning via multiple formats and delivery modes
  • Act as a key contact point for questions and requests for assistance from O’Brien employees
  • Contribute to broader OD projects in areas such as talent attraction and identification, leadership development, culture, change and diversity and inclusion

  • Good general IT skills and ability to navigate systems, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Skills and attributes that are desirable for the role include:

  • Qualifications in Psychology, HR, Business, Human Resources or Learning and Development; or previous experience in a similar role within HR, Organisational Development or Learning and Development
  • Experience in planning and managing employee communications
  • Exposure to engagement, reward, and recognition
