Title: Program Manager Pricing & Incentives - 73085
Primary Location: Australia (AU) - QLD- Brisbane

Pricing and Incentives are pivotal to the release of information in the John Deere Sales Centre for Build and Price information and Incentive eligibility in Quote. This role is responsible for:

  • Managing programs in our contract system Vistex, monitoring correct implementation in Sales Centre
  • Analyses market and competitive price information to ensure the company optimizes marketability and competitive positioning
  • Recommends Pricing for new and existing product in line with John Deere’s pricing strategy to management
  • Provides price data to enable dealers to have accurate, timely, and easily accessible information
  • Research price related questions from dealers and John Deere employees (Tactical and Strategic) to provide customer support, improve procedures, and maintain information integrity
  • Research, analyses and compare product and price changes for competitor and Deere Products
  • Compiles Manufacturers Transfer Price (MTP) data and ensure compliance with Transfer pricing guidelines for taxation purposes
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for incentive related system inquiries and supports resolutions

  • High levels of organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • John Deere Dealer Exposure is preferred
