About the Job

This position is primarily responsible for the management of Council-owned property. The role acts as the first point of contact and provides end to end liaison with customers and stakeholders.

This role is responsible for the leasing/licencing process for Council owned properties, such as, Independent Living Accommodation and Sporting Clubs in accordance with legislative requirements.

About You:

We are seeking applications from candidates who bring:

  • A positive approach to their work who can demonstrate empathy and compassion as well as the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • The ability work at pace in this busy role.
  • A sound understanding of financial management and budgeting processes, with particular experience working with TechOne extremely desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working within, or good knowledge of the field of Property Management either within Local Government, or the Private Sector.
  • Good written and oral communication skills are essential in order to effectively work with customers and prepare a variety of reports, including to Council.

This position is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis until December 2021 and is classified at Level 5, with a starting salary of $84,775 per annum + Super.
