An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Venue Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work across four different venues; Antidote, G&Tea, Whetstone Cavery and Flying Fish and Chips. The successful applicant will be flexible and able to adapt to each venue. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and their people.

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, you will;

  • Lead and engage team members to continuously deliver exceptional service in line with The Star service culture
  • Recruit, Train and develop your team, hold staff accountable in the daily operations
  • Supervise the service flow and monitor the quality of food and service standards
  • Plan, organise and deliver private function services
  • Support the F&B operations manager in the development and implementation of business plans
  • Monitor the F&B stock, controlling costs, P&L and staffing levels
