Provide onsite and from CWT location administration and travel support to the assigned client.

  • Provide end-to-end itineraries for domestic travel to travellers and/or travel coordinators including flight details, ground transportation and accommodation via the client online booking tool and liaising with the suppliers as required.
  • Liaise with Suppliers to ensure accuracy of bookings, including updating a central database of no-shows, new bookings, cancellations, extensions.
  • Completing bookings for but are not limited to air, accommodation, car, bus, campsite, charter
  • Create and maintain traveller profiles into the company’s travel tools.
  • Mange Hotel Credit Card Chargebacks and reconcile travel invoices using a client expense management tool.
  • Understand and deliver communication to internal and external stakeholders’ safety and security, travel policy and compliance, expense procedures, and client points of contact.
  • Assist in training of travel technologies to internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete all tasks assigned in accordance with CWT and client standard procedures
  • Perform in a pro-active manner displaying initiative and ownership with relevant and accurate information being given in a timely manner without being prompted
  • Communicate technical related issues to the SME IT/ Team Leader/Manager promptly
  • Abide by PCI policy Abide by safety and security policies
  • Ensure your workstation and floor area is uncluttered, clean & tidy always.
  • Have the flexibility to perform Work from Company premises in Perth. In addition, perform Work in other locations on occasions as directed by the Company (e.g. Karratha)
  • Take part in an on-call support roster (24/7) once every 4 weeks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, issue resolution and follow-up skills
  • Good prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to maintain accuracy and work well under pressure
  • Experience with travel booking and/or reporting tools
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Travel Industry knowledge is preferred Special

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Primarily works in CWT and client office using a computer for much of the day. In addition, perform Work in other locations on occasions as directed by the Client and CWT (e.g. Karratha) Take part in an on-call support roster (24/7) once every 4 weeks
