The Role:

Toll People are currently seeking a dynamic after-hours consultant for an ongoing casual opportunity located in Olympic Park. We are seeking an early am consultant who be commencing 4am - 9am Monday-Friday, You will also be expected to be available to be rostered weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action orders received for our national branch network
  • Liaise with clients regarding their staffing requirements
  • Liaise with candidates to fill roles
  • Roster management
  • Shift confirmations
  • Start-up calls
  • WHS documentation and worksite compliance
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a fast paced recruitment environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Blue collar recruitment experience - highly desirable
  • Experience using FastTrack recruitment software - highly desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
