Manager, Group Finance Performance and Analysis

As the Manager, Group Finance Performance & Analysis, you will be responsible for the management of group financial planning and analysis processes. You will set and provide direction to the business on planning timetables, as well as manage the consolidation of segment financial results and forecasts.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of reported financials for the purposes of management and statutory reporting, including the presentation of financial performance analysis to senior leadership forums and executive management including CFO’s. Further responsibilities include management of a small team of analysts.

You’ll have –


  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear financial analysis and advice to executive management and non-finance teams
  • Process improvement focus with an ability to adapt and commit to continuous improvement activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to probe or question where required
  • Proven record in financial analysis, managing planning and reporting (internally and ideally externally) of actual performance and forecast
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to be across both the details and broader perspective of an overarching business area strategy
  • Strong computer literacy skills including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of direct reports
