About the role:

We’re committed to ensuring the best levels of service to our clients. The Quality Coordinator plays a key role ensuring we continue to meet our accreditation and compliance requirements (Federal Aged Care, NDIS and State Health).

Our Quality team is looking for an auditing guru to support the Quality Manager with internal audits, quality improvement, data analysis, day to day reporting and issue resolution. You will also be participating in external audits – planning and preparation.

You’ll be regularly assessing practices and procedures across residential care services, disability, community services and;
  • Audit using electronic software and paper-based evidence.
  • Have the opportunity to develop new tools and embed systems.
  • Travel to Kalgoorlie and Broome at least twice a year.
  • Visit our suburban residential sites as required, often on short notice
About you

If you have relevant experience working within health, community, social welfare, disability or hospitals, we’d be very interested in hearing from you.

This role would suit an experienced auditor or someone with a background in higher level administration / coordination. You’ll need a good understanding of quality control and management, and should enjoy problem solving, analytics and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.

The aged care sector is constantly evolving and changing, and we often work at a fast pace. If you can effectively manage your time, juggle priorities and work in a time-pressured environment, we’ll most definitely do our best to support, train and develop you to ensure success in this role.

You should also be able to demonstrate:
  • An understanding of complex service delivery.
  • A general working knowledge of Health or Aged Care legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • The ability to collaborate and positively influence others.
  • A positive attitude when faced with challenges.
