Description

Infoblox is seeking an energetic Territory Account Manager to join the ANZ team in Melbourne. This person must have a positive attitude and sense of urgency who likes to jump in and make magic happen. The primary responsibility is to drive and grow sales revenues for new and existing enterprise customers. This entails owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle and maintaining and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate must have solution sales experience in Networking, Security, and/or Cloud/SaaS and managing large enterprise customers. They should have stellar communication skills and an aptitude to partner with all levels of the business. Responsibilities

  • Direct and drive sales growth
  • Lead key account sales, continuously building the sales pipeline, and cultivate new business opportunity
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on maintaining/growing accounts
  • Gather a detailed understanding of the customer business and organizational landscape
  • Prepare and present accurate forecasts, tracking, and sales plans
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Channel and Engineering team to identify and address customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Leverage external partner to drive solution development in new areas/prospects
  • Coordinate with the business development team to strategize lead and sales opportunity qualification
  • Maintain sufficient activity levels to achieve sales target (Quota) and build appropriate pipelines to achieve quarterly sales targets for the following two quarters

Requirements
  • At least 10 years in Enterprise IT/network security and technology sales, with a strong track record of consistent achievement.
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems in the Networking and Security or Cloud industry at a business level
  • Create solutions that creatively address customer value chain and business requirements
  • Good business acumen, results-oriented, and be capable of building a robust pipeline, accurately and closing deals
  • Extensive sales and relationship-building skills; carries a portfolio of relationships with experience selling at the executive level.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment, where everyone must have the “roll up your sleeves” and get it done attitude
  • Ability to successfully work together to win together - collaborate and work across teams and drive positive outcomes. Experience working with Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, Solutions Architect and Product Development
