About the role

As our newest Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver an enhanced control and risk environment to ensure timely and accurate APRA and investor reporting. This role offers variety and challenge. It affords you the opportunity to have meaningful impact on how we work, ensuring we continue to help Australians get ahead – how amazing is that?!

You’ll also manage the implementation of new reporting guidelines and regulatory changes that will aid the preparation of APRA returns, investor reports, commentary and overall best practice, as well as provide regular reporting on the performance of underlaying collateral assets of securitisation funds managed by ME.

You’ll be a natural people leader and will be responsible for growing and developing your team to be exceptional performers, all whilst ensuring a growth and continuous improvement mindset. Partnering with the business, you’ll be able to nurture strong relationships to discuss reporting numbers and data.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll have demonstrable people leadership experience; you’ll be passionate empowering those around you to work to the best of the ability and “have a swing” whilst ensuring strict compliance to guidelines, policies and regulations.

Technically, you’ll have solid experience working with APRA regulations and know the legislation intimately, as well as have demonstrable experience working in Banking / Finance industry with a CA / CPA qualification.
