Overview
We are looking to build our team in Canberra across both contract & permanent recruitment, so we are interested in talking to potential talents looking for a dynamic recruitment opportunity. You will be joining us at an exciting time. The company is established and stable, and you will be part of a brand new initiative to increase our Australian Capital Territory presence serving the public sector majorly doing technology recruitments.

Please note: We are looking to hire for more than one position so if you are an Account Manager/ Junior Account Manager in the recruiting & staffing industry please do reach out as well.

Scope of Work:

We will trust you to:
Be part of a warm NSW & ACT Government contract desk. Identify, engage and advise high calibre talent with an emphasis on candidate & customer experience
Leverage our existing talent pools and work towards creating new ones through market research and various sourcing methods.
Be consultative and build relationships with clients & candidates.
Work with respective Account Managers and understand Job requirements to identify talent
Create brilliant, stand out job ads, screen and perform reference checks and lead generation.
Use Social Media, Job Boards, Job Ads to identify and attract talent.

Our ideal candidate will be with prior experience in the following:

Experience working in a sales and recruitment environment with a natural sales ability with customer service qualities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience using ATS systems like, Jobadder, Beeline & Fieldglass
Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic.
Persistence, resilient drive, and determination to succeed
Working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a start-up environment

We welcome applications from candidates with no prior recruiting experience but must have:

An approachable demeanour; a good listener; quick learner; a multi-tasker; target driven individual experience in a B2B/B2C sales-driven environment.
OR
Relevant qualification in the technology field.
