Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy trouble shooting and dealing with people over the phone?

6 month fixed term contract. Enjoy being part of a high functioning team? Are you able to commence work immeidately ? Exciting new opportunity for an candidate with proven administration and accounts accumen.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Prepare, process and monitor rebate payments according to agreements
  • Manage customer enquiries related to rebates
  • Entering sales onto the database
  • Interpret and explain contract requirements
  • Monthly reporting for analysis of rebates
  • Review, interpret and generate customer invoices & reporting
  • Follow up on enquiries for rebates
  • Provide administrative support and email confirmation of rebate

To be successful within this position, the candidate will be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise conflicting demands
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organised, reliable and with a willingness to learn
  • Previous invoicing experience essential - Finance, credit or accounting experience is ideal
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
