Hudson is partnered with some of Perth's leading companies, providing them with both contract and temporary staff across Business Support and Customer Service.

Our client is seeking an immediately available administrator for an initial engagement of 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks under the direction of their Planning Team allowing them to perform to their full potential.

Responsibilities include

  • Support the Planning Team in the delivery of their duties
  • Coordinate and undertake administrative services to ensure efficient flow of information and correspondence
  • Establish and maintain hardcopy and electronic filing.(document control, filing, scanning etc.)
  • Typing and document formatting of presentations, reports, memorandums, letters, specifications, datasheets, etc)
  • Data entry within CRM


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a administrative role
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
  • Ability to effectively carry out duties within tight time frames
  • Must have high attention to detail for all aspects of secretarial responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) skills
