Reporting to the logistics manager, the purpose of this is to undertake payment and recoveries to support the business to enable us to achieve business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure proactive management of recovery portfolio is undertaken.
  • Gather information, investigate, calculate, confirm, and raise recoveries for identified overpayments.
  • Analyse appropriate metrics and results and provide relevant and accurate data to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Provide advice to internal stakeholders regarding payments and recoveries.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.

  • A great customer service focus with a calm and pleasant phone manner
  • Being adaptable and flexible to work in a frequently changing environment.
  • Conflict resolution skills with the ability to be proactive.
  • Ability to earn trust in relationships with others by consistently demonstrating integrity and professional competence.
  • Knowledge of the relevant worker’s compensation legislation and regulations
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
